Because each print is a unique duplication, we are unable to offer returns simply because you change your mind. If you believe that the print is not correct or is damaged, please contact us to arrange a return to us for inspection. If the print is damaged, we will usually offer a full refund.
We don't generally do one off prints however if you have a bulk quantity then please get in touch and we may be able to assist. Please use the contact us page.
Delivery is usually within 10 business days. In extreme situations there can be a slightly longer delay however if you think it has been 15 working days, please contact us so that we can investigate.
